Route day support

Use the route exception list first. Payment holds, bad pins, and access notes should be resolved before dispatch.

Import support

Run a CSV preview and attach the validation summary before asking for migration help.

Billing support

Never send raw card data. Use Stripe payment-update links and provider dashboards only.

Data ownership

Customers, routes, service history, and exports belong to the workspace owner.
